Eligible employees of Bird Electric are provided a variety of benefits. Benefit eligibility is dependent upon a multiple of factors, including employee classifications and time with the company.

The following benefit programs are currently available to eligible full-time, active employees of Bird Electric:

• Paid Holidays (9 per year)

• PTO (40 hours after 1 year of employment from date of hire, 80 hours after 2 years, 120 hours after 5 years )
